To use simply connect the cable extensions to each trap using the supplied quick link hardware connectors, wrap the entire trap/cable rig around a tree or post and feed the trap back through the cable extension. Stake the trap in the ground and bait the inside of the trap with the supplied dry bait and smear the paste bait around the rim of the trap. Only use enough dry bait to cover the trigger mechanism at the bottom of the trap. No need to fill up the entire trap with bait. Suitable for raccoon, skunk, and opossum.
